Description:
Daily, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. This nearly 10,000 acre park has more visitors than any other state park in Wisconsin. The gravel, grassy or asphalt trail meanders through woods, extinct glacial lake bed and a variety of land covers. This walk contains one steep grade but also has a spectacular view of the lake from atop a 500-foot bluff with some of the oldest exposed rocks in North America along with some of the youngest glacial formations. You may also see turkey vultures soaring off the bluffs.
